Unique method for sealing

We adopts a unique sealing method. This method involves applying heat from the blister container side.

This merits are following.

At 1st, the Blister container and card can be bonded in a shorter time. 2ns is, Card is less likely to warp. And then, this method is also characterized by the fact that it avoids the problem of water vapor, which has little effect on the product inside the container.

Five patterns!

For those in the blister packaging workplace, packaging in a factory is not just a one-day operation. It is an hourly, daily occurrence. If this is the case, it is desirable to work in a “stress-free” environment as much as possible while improving production efficiency.

To be honest, from our point of view as a manufacturer, it is quickest and easiest for our customers to use the “standard equipment” that we have decided upon, and frankly, it is more profitable for us to do so…

However…

As customers change, products naturally change as well. And as customers change, products naturally change, as do workplaces, staff, and production scale.

In other words, the environment varies from customer to customer. If this is the case, it would be very unreasonable to ask them to adopt the “standard equipment” that we have decided upon, I guess.

We want to make the production site more comfortable and make it easier for staff to do their jobs!

With this in mind, we do not use the standard equipment method, but manufacture equipment on a “one-off (*)” basis.

Thanks to your support, we have met people in various product fields, made various proposals, and responded in various ways. The patterns of equipment we have obtained from the accumulation of such technologies are 5 patterns. Isn’t that amazing? LOL!

In all cases, the basic concept is to create a “flow” in the packaging process (work) and to keep a series of “flows” from the feeding of the product to be packaged to the completion of blister packaging. By keeping the flow, unnecessary “work-in-progress” is eliminated and consistent production becomes possible.

Type of Turn Table.

”Turn Table type” is our orthodox form in which we are most proficient.

Compatible with small to medium production capacity and suitable for high-mix, small-lot production. In case of the 2 piece operation, you can be more productive.

This form is perfect for when work space is limited, as it can be done by one or two people. And combined with various automatic feeding units, safe and simple operation can be achieved.

If you need, a series of operations can be efficiently performed on a single machine, such as lot number printing using an inkjet printer, and checking operations such as front-to-back identification and variety confirmation of products and mountings using a camera for image inspection and a barcode reader, etc.

Conveyor type [Straight track]

We call it a conveyor type because of its belt conveyor-like driving style. This type is suitable for large-scale production. This type is effective for mass production of the same variety. Can be combined with various units to build large production lines.

It is also effective when the cover material is supplied in film roll type, and can be combined with trimming and die cutting. We can also print lot numbers, etc. using inkjet printers, and combine this with checking operations such as identifying the front and back of products and mountings and confirming product types using image inspection cameras, barcode readers, etc. So, a series of operations can be efficiently performed on a single machine.

Carousel type [Elliptical orbit type]

This form combines the functionality of a turntable with the productivity of a conveyor type.

The disadvantage of the turntable type is that the track is circular, which limits the number of optional units and the placement of personnel. The conveyor type, on the other hand, can have a straight track, but the number of molds required for the machine structure is much larger than necessary.

The carousel type overcomes the disadvantages of both types. Efficient production is possible with the minimum number of molds required. The straight track can be secured, which makes it easy to place optional units such as feeders, etc. and personnel. It can flexibly accommodate both mass production (mass production) and high-mix, small-lot production.

Frame feed type

In case of the product (or card) size is large, the size of the machine becomes larger than necessary to accommodate the aforementioned shape. This machiine overcomes this problem. The system is made compact by using a frame-feed system.

Incidentally, the maximum card size that can be supported by this machine in the image is approximately 600 mm in length. The footprint size of it has been realized to be about 2000x1500mm.

Slider Table Type [Single Type]

It is ideal for small-lot production of a wide variety of products, or as a backup unit for an existing production system.

Loading and unloading packaging materials, especially taking out finished products after sealing, is quite a hassle. So, this machine is a single type machine, it is equipped with a take-out unit.

If the take-out can be done automatically, the operator’s work is limited to inserting materials, which greatly improves workability. This simplifies the work. Also, if a conveyor is connected to the take-out port, inspections and other processing can be done smoothly.

* About the heater mold or something, it is also possible to design for dual use with the aforementioned machines type sizes.
