I value listening and watching carefully. I believe there are clues and hints for solutions there. Another thing is to [think from various ideas, perspectives, and possibilities, without being bound by fixed concepts].
Why am I doing this job? -My mind-
One of the main reasons is “to put smiles on the faces of workers. About this point, I have been thinking since I started designing machines.
When I visit a customer’s operation site and see how hard, painful, and tedious the work is, I think of a plan to improve it, work on it, and when it works, I feel great joy when the customer says, “Thank you!”
Another point is that machines, unlike houses and other structures, are moving objects as you know. Safe and reliable operation is a prerequisite.
I also enjoy thinking about the mechanism of a series of operations, and my joy is maximized when the mechanism I have imagined works properly and leads to the “elimination of inconvenience” at the customer’s work site.
